Thank you for purchasing the Brite Belt scrubber units, customized BRICK units, and cleaning pads. Brite Belt International, LLC hereby guarantees all of its products against manufacturing defects and will repair or replace at no cost if the defect is due to a manufacturing error. The product returned must be received within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of your original order. In order to be eligible for a replacement, your item must be returned with the accompanying original invoice with purchase order number. The warranty will be honored if upon receipt we determine that the defect is due to a manufacturing error and not sanitation misuse. If it is determined that the defect was due to misuse, the warranty will not cover replacement of a product.

The Brite Belt system is designed to dispense a variety of cleaning solutions, but Brite Belt International, LLC is not responsible for and does not specifically recommend or endorse solutions used in its scrubber tanks.

In order to prevent cross-contamination, the Brite Belt scrubber pads should be either thoroughly cleaned and sanitized or disposed of after each use. The Brite Belt scrubber units should be emptied and cleaned after use. The Brite Belt units and scrubber pads are not intended for direct food contact and should only be used in conjunction with an approved solution. Scrubber unit caps must be in place during use. Do not remove caps except when filling and cleaning.

Dual Lock Refurbishing Program

If the Dual Lock comes loose, comes off, or the mushroom heads come off from continued use, Brite Belt International, LLC has a refurbishing program that is good for the lifetime of the unit.

If you would like the Dual Lock on your scrubber replaced at no cost to you, the scrubber unit must be sent directly from your company, and you must purchase two cases of pads for your refurbished scrubber unit. We will then ship the refurbished scrubber unit and two cases of purchased pads to you at no shipping cost to you.

Shipping & Handling

All products are shipped UPS and you will be provided a UPS tracking number when purchase order is processed, filled, and sent. All our shipments are shipped UPS or USPS on Brite Belt International, LLC accounts. We do not honor shipping on other company accounts.

If you purchased a standard scrubber or standard scrubber pads, the orders typically process and are sent UPS same business day the order is received. 

If you purchased a customized BRICK scrubber unit or BRICK scrubber pads, the orders typically are sent UPS 2-3 business days after the order is received.

Return, Replace & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to purchase from Brite Belt International, LLC. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read through our return, replace, and refund policy stated below.

You have thirty (30) calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt of your original order. In order to be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging and requires the original invoice with purchase order number. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return after inspection is complete.  If your return is approved, we will issue you a refund back to your original method of payment.

You have sixty (60) calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt of your original order. In order to be eligible for a replacement, your item must be returned with the accompanying original invoice with purchase order number.

Our warranty guarantees all products against manufacturing defects and will repair or replace at no cost if the defect is due to a manufacturing error. All manufacturing defects will be honored if upon receipt we determine that the defect is due to a manufacturing error. If it is determined that the defect was due to misuse, the warranty will not cover replacement of product.

You are responsible for shipping the item back for a return. 

If product is replaced due to manufacturing defect, Brite Belt International will reimburse for the associated shipping cost.

Best Practices

In the critical control point areas, we recommend that you only use scrubber pads once. Pad replacement is a minor cost compared to the efficacy they achieve. In areas that are less critical, pads can be cleaned, sanitized, and reused.

​​To prevent cross-contamination, always use the same scrubber unit on the same belt. Identify each scrubber by placing on it a number that corresponds to the belt it cleans.

​Always empty the scrubbers of solution after you are done. Under certain conditions, the
scrubber units can lose shape if they are used to store chemicals while in the upright position for
long periods of time.

​Periodically check to see if the drainage orifices are flowing freely. Compressed air is a good method for removing clogs. Do not try to drill plugged orifices. Doing so will dramatically change the solution flow rates.

​Open the vent cap to allow air into the scrubber so the solution will gravity flow out through
the orifices. Keep the 2-inch fill caps tight during operation.

If you wish to increase the aggressiveness of the scrubber,  you can do the following:

1| Replace the scrubber pad once it is fully soiled.
2| Keep the scrubber full of cleaning solution. The added weight will increase down pressure.
3| Place added weight on top of the scrubber for more down pressure.
